Even though I booked for a pet friendly room, it was never relayed to the hotel through this app., they never received this request. We were upgraded to a pet friendly suite! They were very accomidating and very nice about switching rooms. The staff were very friendly, accomidationg, and knowledgeable. The staff was one of the best we have encountered. Breakfast was hot and delicious, which included eggs, sausage, and gravy. Many other pastries, biscuits, and muffins. One of the best experiences with check-in and listened to what we needed. Very apologetic about never receiving the pet friendly room.

Very nice and clean. The gentleman that checked me in was so polite and friendly, he made me feel good about choosing this Comfort Inn. The lady the next morning was so great and friendly, my stay was excellent! Tonight I'm staying at Comfort Inn in Hot Springs AR. It's awesome too! Will be traveling to CA and back, staying at several Comfort Inns along the way. Thank you! Oh, breakfast was very good!

It has a wonderful hot breakfast and a nice pool. The staff is super friendly and engaging. We left our brand new portable speaker in our room when we checked out. We called just in case someone had found it and turned it in. They found it! Shaquita was so very helpful and pleasant throughout the whole search! We appreciate her!

We stayed here after Hurricane Helene. The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. The location was good, we were commuting back home about 40 miles away and it was easy to access. The breakfast was good every morning, and a good variety. Especially considering the place was full of linemen and other evacuees.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I have made this my personal stay every time I come down for work. It was convenient, quiet, and the staff was phenomenal!!! I enjoy not being bothered and they definitely allowed me selfcare time.
